From October 24 to 26, the Vietnam Interiors Association (VNIA) and the Young Interior Design Community of Vietnam (YIDC), in collaboration with the Department of Culture and Sports and the Hanoi Creative Center, will organize the Interior Design Student Festival (ID.FES) 2025 under the theme “Outside the Cardbox – Inside the City.” The festival challenges young designers to create indoor public spaces using cardboard materials.

While “Outside the Cardbox” calls for breaking free from familiar limits and transforming humble cardboard into creative, sustainable, and deeply personal designs, “Inside the City” celebrates the spirit of community, bringing these ideas to life in indoor public spaces within the urban fabric.

ID.FES 2025 promises to be a vibrant convergence of culture, architecture, and creativity — inspiring young designers to contribute to the journey of shaping Hanoi as a Creative City.

Date: October 25 – November 30, 2025
Venue: MHUB Hall – MCOMPLEX,
B1, R3, Royal City, 72 Nguyễn Trãi, Thanh Xuân District, Hanoi
